Each additional person ages 3-adult pays just $45 per day, including lodging, facilities and award-winning FamilyFest Programs.

3, 4 & 5 bedroom accommodations are available for larger family sizes. Shorter and longer multi-night stays are available upon request. All rates payable in U.S. Funds. Rates subject to change until 50% deposit is received. All package rates are subject to service charge, 9% Vermont Meals and Rooms tax on lodging and meal components, 6% Vermont Sales Tax on Resort amenities and 18% gratuity on meal components. These total additions plus service charge equal 14.5% of the package price.

These well appointed homes offer exclusive use of special amenities within their neighborhood, such as exercise facilities, indoor/outdoor pools, playgrounds, game rooms, hot tubs, WiFi, plus a whirlpool in the master bath. Make a reservation and don't worry — there's no risk of losing your deposit! A 50% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Deposits will be refunded on cancellations received 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival. Other cancellation deposits will be applied to future reservations within 2 years! Full payment is due upon arrival. All rates payable in U.S. Funds.

Check-in time: 5:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.
Check-out later than 11:00 am will result in a late check-out fee. Sorry, no pets; boarding is available locally. All package rates vary based on dates of stay and size of accommodations in our privately owned condominiums and are subject to change until deposit is received. Other multi-night stays also available. Daily maid service optional.
