Aqua Jump at Smugglers' Notch Resort's Rum Runners' Hideaway
Rum Runners' Hideaway, our scenic 6-acre reservoir high on Morse Mountain, features fishing, picnicking and swimming. In the swimming area, there is a Fidget Ladder Climb and Aqua Jump, a 25-foot diameter water trampoline with attached Slide Walk and Aqua Launch for bouncing and launching into the water—a great way to have fun and soak yourself and your friends!

Canoe and paddleboat rentals are available for use outside the swimming area. There is a shoreline wading area for non-swimmers.

Parking for Rum Runners’ Hideaway is available at our Winter Base Lodge, a five minute drive from the Resort Village, and the reservoir is a 15-25 minute hike from the parking area. Please note that the designated swimming area at Rum Runners’ Hideaway has water depths of 7 – 12 feet and swimmers must have strong swimming skills.

Rum Runners’ Hideaway is available Tues. - Sat. 11:00 am - 4:00 pm from June 14 - August 27, 2011. Weather permitting. Access is available to Smugglers’ guests only. There is no motorized access.
