Snow Sport University Daily Lunch Menu
The ski school lunch program is a great green initiative: it is waste free! All food scraps are composted, paper products are recycled and plates and silverware are washed and reused, diverting a significant amount out of the waste stream.
Please let your child's instructor know of any food allergies your child may have so that we can take all necessary precautions. We do not serve nut products. We clean every table with a bleach solution and put signage out when appropriate to make sure all staff know when there is an allergy in the room. If you have any questions about our program or your child's specific allergy please check with your child's instructor at program check-in.
Levels 1-4 in the Village at the Meeting House or Morse Highlands Day Lodge
Levels 5-9 Upper Mountain at the Madonna/Sterling Base Lodge
Levels 5-9 at the Top of the Notch: Located on Sterling Mountain. Menu options vary, food provided by the Hearth & Candle.

Wednesday:
Chicken nuggets, veggie burgers, vegetables
Thursday:
Hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, cheese slices, corn, potato puffs
Friday:
Macaroni & cheese, hot dogs, veggie burgers, and vegetables
Saturday:
Grilled cheese, veggie burgers, and vegetable
Other daily offerings include: whole wheat pasta with sauce, green salad, carrots, celery, assorted salads, hot soup, soy nut butter & jelly sandwiches, assorted fruit, and pudding.
Beverages: water, lemonade, milk, chocolate milk, and hot chocolate.
