The Owls SeasonShare at North Hill
The Owls vacation homes at North Hill are 3-bedroom homes featuring two and one half baths, master suite with gas fireplace, private deck, two person whirlpool bath, and two person shower. The dining room features a wet bar and the four season Vermont furnished sun room boasts spectacular views of the mountains and valley. Owls owners and their guests, have exclusive use of the Parliament Lodge, with a year-round outdoor heated pool, sauna, weight and exercise room, and recreational game room. The Owls neighborhood at the North Hill Community has two natural ponds for recreation and relaxation, along with access to the North Hill Community Center boasting indoor lap pool, two hot tubs, children’s interactive water play pool, and an exercise room. In the summer, the North Hill Community Center also has an outdoor pool with waterslide and sundeck, sand volleyball court, and children’s playground. These homes can be rented to vacationers through Smugglers’ Notch Management when you’re not using your home.
