Sir Henry's Tube Sliding
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tube Sliding at its best on our lighted terrain on Sir Henry's Hill. We provide the tubes! No ski boots, please. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Weather permitting.
Note: No tubing on 12/24 or 12/31. Tubing will be available 12/25 and 1/1
Bingo Blast

Twooooo much FUN! Bring the family to the Lower Level of the Meeting House to play for cash or prizes, with proceeds going to the United Way! Goodtime Charlie will kick off the proceedings. Did you know that Shakespeare played Bingo? Where do you think he got 'B2 or not B2'? That is the question? NOTE: moves from December, 24th to Wednesday, December 26th at 7:30 pm, AND moves from December, 31st to Wednesday, January 2nd at 7:30 pm.
Beginners Latin/Salsa/Ballroom Dance Class

Join us in the lower Meeting House for this all ages dance class. If you want to learn the basics of salsa, tango, swing and waltz — this class is for you! $15 per person.

Airboard Family Fun Race

Come join us at Sir Henry's Hill and try out airboarding together. Ages 10 & older.
I-Did-A-Sled

Join in a family friendly competition! Build a sled with supplies we provide and see if it stands up to the ultimate test - a launch off our hill on Sir Henry's Learning area... fun for the whole family. Meet at the Dr. Pepper Pavillion.
Family Karaoke
Wednesday, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Young and old alike will have a chance to display their singing talents for Family Karaoke in the Meeting House.

Mambo with Mogul Mouse, boogie with Billy Bob Bear, shake it up with SnerdBall & Frostie the Snowmaker, do the chicken dance with Bill the Bald Eagle, slide and slither with Sam the Snowsnake, and yell with Yellow Cat. Hosted by Goodtime Charlie, Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate, the FunMeister, and SSU staff. Adventure Race winners will be announced and Cookie Race footage will be shown. In the Lower Level of the Meeting House.
Torchlight Parade & Fireworks!!!

Morse Liftline will be lit by a formation of SSU Instructors carrying torches followed by a Fireworks display that will dazzle! Soundtrack and announcing by Goodtime Charlie.
FunZone Jamboree

Please note: On December 10th and 17th GTC will play from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, due to Monday Night Football games. On December 31st (New Year's Eve) Goodtime Acoustic will be replaced by other events.

The ever popular Marko the Magician will dazzle you with prodigious feats of prestidigitation (that's magic for you and me) delivered with lots of laughs, in fact Marko is as much a Comedian as he is a Magician.

Snowshoe Adventure Dinner
Tuesday, 4:15 pm - 8:45 pm
A dramatic weekly dining feature atop Sterling Mountain for adults. The Sterling lift transports you to The Top of The Notch, a mountain cabin lit only by candles. The Hearth & Candle Restaurant serves a gourmet meal with appetizer, salad, choice of main course, and a famous dessert. After dinner, work off those calories with a 40 minute snowshoe down to the Base Lodge. Patrons are welcome to bring their own beverage to complement the meal.
Advance registration at The Guest Service Desk is required; this event is for adults only. The Top of the Notch dinner is offered on Tuesday evenings from 4:15 pm - 8:45 pm throughout the Winter season, weather permitting (this event may be cancelled in the event of severe weather).
$69 per person. Please sign up by 12:00 noon on Tuesday. A minimum sign-up is required for trip to run.

Black Bear Aprés Sport Parties
Fridays and Saturdays, 2:00 pm til closing, and Sundays 1:00 pm - closing, December 21st, 2012 - March 31, 2013
The Black Bear Tavern in the Sterling/Madonna Base Lodge is the location for Upper Mountain off-slope Action! Fridays feature Goodtime Charlie with jammin' Sam on guitars and vocals, Saturdays have Goodtime Charlie hosting with music, trivia, bar games, and prizes. Sundays will again be jammin' with Sam on guitar. There will be drink specials too!
