We offer a variety of fun evening activities for the entire family or just adults every night of the week.

Participation in the following activities are included in the Club Smugglers' Advantage Package available December 11, 2009- April 4, 2010 or included with the purchase of the SmuggsPass .

Entertainment for Families...

SnowSnake Video Arcade
Daily, 9:00 am - 11:00 pm
Visit our video arcade located upstairs in The Village Lodge. Fun for the whole family! Challenge your friends or test your own skills. Additional arcade games are located at The FunZone.

The FunZone
Daily, 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The FunZone, our indoor play area, adjacent to the Nordic Center is filled with a variety of exceptional and conventional games. It's fun for the whole family! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

FunZone Open House
Sunday, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Putt, bounce and slide the night away at our indoor FunZone. Come and enjoy all of the exciting elements the FunZone has to offer. Our FunMeister's will mix in music and laughter... it's fun for the whole family.

Sir Henry's Tube Sliding
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tube Sliding at its best on our lighted terrain on Sir Henry's Hill. We provide the tubes! No ski boots, please. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Weather permitting.

Bingo Blast
Monday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Bring the family to the Meeting House and join in the fun hosted by Goodtime Charlie... play for cash or prizes... proceeds go to the United Way!

Airboard Family Fun Race
Monday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Come join us at Sir Henry's Hill and try out airboarding together. Ages 10 and over.

I-Did-A-Sled
Tuesday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join in a family friendly competition! Build a sled with supplies we provide and see if it stands up to the ultimate test - a launch off our hill on Sir Henry's Learning area... fun for the whole family. Meet at the Dr. Pepper Pavillion.

Family Karaoke Dance Party
Wednesday, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Young and old alike will have a chance to display their singing talents for Family Karaoke, and then dance, dance, dance under the disco lights at the Family Dance. In The Meeting House.

Hot Chocolate Warm-Up
Thursday and Saturday, 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Join us around the bonfire at The Gazebo at the end of your day for fun, friends, and a cup or two of hot chocolate. Let our staff fill you in on the Smugglers' fun awaiting you each evening!

Showtime!
Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Hosted by Garry the FunMeister & Goodtime Charlie - Smugglers' cast of characters including Mogul Mouse & Billy Bob Bear, as well as Frostie the Snowmaker, Bill the Bald Eagle, Sam the Snowsnake, and the SSU Crew will perform the award-winning adaptation of the Wizard of Oz known as “The Blizzard of Flaws”! The show begins with Cookie Race footage provide by Smuggs Photos & Videos. In the lower level of the Meeting House.
Note: Due to additional Holiday programming, Thursday, December 24th’s performance will take place from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

FunZone Bigger is Better
Friday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Play as a family or in family teams. Simple games take on a new dimension when they become BIGGER! Check out Sticks & Stones, Giant Tic Tac Toe, Square Peg in a Round Hole or the 5-n-2 Puzzle.

FunMeister's Family Tubing Party
Saturday, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us for some serious family fun at our Tubing Grand Prix on Sir Henry's Hill. No ski boots, please.

Nightly, 7:00 pm - late night
Comfortable smoke free lounge with a full bar located in The Village Lodge.

Nightly entertainment for ages 21 and older begins at 9:00 pm.

Smuggs Legend Goodtime Charlie will test your knowledge of music and TV Trivia.

Tuesday - Marko's Magical Mystery Show
The ever popular Marko the Magician will dazzle you with prodigious feats of prestidigitation (that's magic for you and me) delivered with lots of laughs, in fact Marko is as much a Comedian as he is a Magician.

Wednesday - Liquid Courage Karaoke
Step into the spotlight and become a singing star! Goodtime Charlie is your host. During the week of New Year's (12/27/09 - 1/2/10), this event will move to Thursday.

Thursday - Goodtime Charlie LIVE/Open Mic
Goodtime Charlie will play acoustic favorites. You're invited to bring an instrument, sing-along, or just sit back and enjoy the music. He'll provide an open mic and an extra guitar. During the week of New Year's (12/27/09 - 1/2/10), this event will move to Wednesday.

Friday Night Karaoke
Goodtime Charlie will take your Karaoke requests - come prepared to sing your heart out!

70/80's Dance Party
Goodtime Charlie hosts this evening of great dance favorites from ABBA to ZZ Top. Everbody Wang Chung tonight!

Even More Adult Entertainment...

Snowshoe Adventure Dinner
Tuesday, 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Garry the FunMeister is your host for this dramatic weekly entertainment and dining feature atop Sterling Mountain (18 & Older please). The Sterling lift transports you to The Top of The Notch, our candle-lit mountain cabin. The renowned Hearth & Candle Restaurant serves a gourmet meal with appetizer, salad, choice of main course and a famous dessert. After dinner, work off those calories with a 40-minute snowshoe down to the Base Lodge. This is truly a rustic experience with no bathrooms.
Advance registration at The Guest Service Desk is required.
$69 per person Function will be cancelled in the event of severe weather. Sign-up deadline Tuesday at 12:00 noon. Minimum sign-up is required for trip to run. Transportation to the Base Lodge leaves from the Village Welcome Sign at 4:15 pm.

Black Bear Aprés Sport Parties
Friday & Saturday, 2:00 pm (December 26, 2009 - March 27, 2010)
Join the parties at the Black Bear Tavern in the Sterling/Madonna Base Lodge. Legendary Goodtime Charlie will be playing your favorite tunes, trivia & games, and giving away prizes. There will be drink specials too!
