The Mountain Massage Center
The Mountain Massage Center welcomes you with an inviting range of therapeutic and relaxation massages. Purchase of any massage service includes the use of our sauna, steam room, and renovated locker facility. Enjoy! Located in the Nordland Building.

These massage programs are offered Tuesday - Saturday during AutumnFest September 7 - October 12, 2009.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
25 minutes - $55; 50 minutes - $80;
80 minutes - $105.

Used to promote relaxation, increase circulation, improve range of motion and relieve muscle aches and tension.

Deep Tissue Massage
50 minutes - $90; 80 minutes - $120.

Address the deeper muscles of your body with deeper pressure. Helps with chronic pain and injury rehabilitation. This type of massage aids in improving alignment.

Sports Massage
50 minutes - $90; 80 minutes - $120.

Focuses on the muscles relevant to the particular athletic activity. Can promote greater athletic endurance and performance, lessening chance of injury and reducing recovery time.

Aromatherapy Massage
50 minutes - $90; 80 minutes - $120.

Essential oils extracted from herbs, flowers, resins, woods, and roots are used to produce a therapeutic aroma which can promote healing. Choose from four blends made especially for our Mountain Massage Center — Relax, Revitalize, Enhance or Energize.

Treat Your Feet
Wednesday, 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm, $20 per person

Sit back and enjoy a warm herbal foot soak and massage. Learn to give and receive beneficial foot reflexology in a very peaceful setting. You will learn how pressing on points on your feet can help increase circulation, detoxification, and immunity for the whole body. Plus, it feels great! Bring a friend or come alone.

The Pilates philosophy focuses on training the mind and body to work together toward the goal of overall fitness. Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
This class will move through a series of body positions using breathing and relaxation techniques. Strengthening your "core" group muscles gives a platform from which to improve all areas of fitness. Recommended for the general fitness population.
