Brewski
Located just down the mountain from the Resort, the Brewski offers hearty pub-style fare in a casual atmosphere perfect for hanging out and swapping stories from the day. Appetizers include traditional fare such as chicken wings, artichoke dip and hand cut sweet potato fries. Winding Brook Bistro
A cozy eatery located just north of Johnson on the bank of the Gihon River. The tempting fare prepared by chef Chase Vanderveer features a delicious combination of fresh flavors in every meal, whether your tastes incline to poultry, seafood, pasta or beef. Many ingredients are locally sourced. A recent review in the Burlington Free Press complimented the Bistro's warm, inviting atmosphere and outstanding food.
