Join us at Smuggs for a weekend of exploring all the biking that Smugglers’ Notch Resort and the surrounding area have to offer! Sandwiched between two Vermont Mountain Bike Association (VMBA) Chapters (Stowe Trails & Brewster River MBC), close to hundreds of miles of single-track riding, and just down the road from the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail(over 30 miles of scenic riding available), the Smugglers’ Notch area is a biking dream world!
Friday kicks the weekend off with an Open Park Session at the Smuggs Mountain Bike (MTB) Center at the Resort. The MTB Center is designed for beginner and intermediate progression, with challenges and fun for experienced bikers as well! Features include our downhill skills park, flat ground skills park, two pump tracks, over 10 miles of single track, and plenty of connecting double track.
Saturday features an event with a good cause as resort guests and local bikers take to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail for the annual Bike-A-Thon fundraiser. Saturday afternoon gives guests an option to explore the surrounding trail networks with guided rides set up, including shuttles to take you and your group to the trailhead of your choice!
