Here's how to enter for your chance to win a Smugglers' vacation:
You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old to enter. Employees of Smugglers' Notch Resort and its advertising agency, including their immediate families, or household members, are ineligible.
Only one entry per family. Duplicate entries will not be valid. Enter by May 29, 2023 by completing the Entry Form on this site, or by writing on a 3" x 5" piece of paper "Smugglers' Summer Vacation Offer", plus your name, address, zip code and telephone number, and mailing it to Smugglers' Notch Resort Summer Vacation Offer, 4323 Vermont Route 108 South, Smugglers' Notch, VT 05464-9537. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm, May 29, 2023.
Winner will be selected from all eligible entries by random selection and notified by telephone or mail. Winner need not be present at the time of selection. The Prize may not be sold and no Prize transfers, cash redemption or substitution is allowed. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited to Smugglers'.
Prize will be awarded on June 5, 2023 and is valid for immediate family up to 4 people only. The Prize drawing will take place at Smugglers' Notch Resort. The Summer Vacation Prize includes 5 days and 5 nights accommodations in a one bedroom condominium, unlimited use of 8 pools and 4 waterslides, Summer Fun University all-day camps for ages 3 - 15 and Daily Guided Hiking Treks and Walking Tours and is valid non-holiday. The Winner will be responsible for all taxes due on Prize and all transportation to and from the Resort, meals and expenses, other than the items listed above. The winner of the Prize must be present during the vacation. Details for making the reservation will be explained to the winner upon notification. The vacation must run for consecutive nights.
The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. The name of the winning family may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Smugglers' Notch Resort Summer Vacation Offer, 4323 Vermont Route 108 South, Jeffersonville, VT 05464-9537 by June 5, 2023.
Entry constitutes permission to use Winner family names and photographs for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation.
Winner accepting the Prize agrees that the Prize is awarded on the condition that Smugglers' Notch Resort has no liability whatsoever for injuries, losses or damage of any kind resulting from participation in any Resort activities or programs.
All entries become the property of Smugglers' Notch Resort which assumes no responsibility for late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, mishandled, illegible, incomplete, undeliverable or misdirected entries, or for the failure of the website during the promotional period or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Smugglers' Notch Resort. Should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Smugglers' Notch Resort corrupt the security or proper administration of this promotion.
